At the San Francisco Zooo, it is our mission to put visitor enmities first. Come experience our new parking lot, front entrance and widened sideways!

We apologize, many of our exhibits are over 70 years old and need to be retrofitted.


Our polar bear has worn a path in the concrete from his pacing. He is currently under going therapy for listlessness and loss of spirit.


Our Great Apes are currently on a hungry strike for better conditions.
